Si & Veronica had some deep stuff to talk about across the board for episode 63! We celebrated some successful ladies with Rihanna topping the chart of richest female musicians and Serena Williams being the first athlete on the Forbes’ Richest Self-Made Women list. Miley Cyrus was another strong female role model this week after she spoke up about how she was being victim-shamed for a situation where a fan groped her in the streets of Barcelona. Lil Nas X is becoming the new Ari of the show as we bring up his continued fame and trolling finesse. Vee YIKES-ed hard at a group in Boston trying to start a Straight Pride Parade for the “oppressed majority” of heterosexuals. June is Pride Month, so celebrate accordingly but learning more about the LGBTQ community and supporting LGBTQ organizations. We had a Mini Main Topic™ about the importance of the new Netflix miniseries, “When They See Us.” It’s definitely not an easy binge, but its social weight can’t be denied. Even though we were skeptical of this season of the Bachelorette, Week 4 delivered again with the Luke Showdown. Should both go home? Isn’t everyone really there for their brand?
